Encryption at Rest & Transit

All data is encrypted in transit via TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. Your database backups are strictly encrypted and rotated across geographically isolated secure facilities.

Amazon DPP Compliance

We are an approved Amazon SP-API developer. We strictly adhere to Amazon's Data Protection Policy (DPP), including automated redaction of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) 30 days post-fulfillment.

AWS Infrastructure

RC:OMS is hosted entirely on Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure within the AP-South-1 (Mumbai) region, ensuring strict data residency compliance for Indian retailers.

Security by Design.

We don't bolt security on at the end. It is woven into the fabric of the platform.

Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)

Create specific permission profiles for your staff. A warehouse packer can generate shipping labels but cannot view wholesale pricing or modify the core master catalog.

Isolated Tenancy

Your data is logically separated from all other retailers. We employ strict row-level security (RLS) policies at the database layer to ensure cross-tenant data leakage is mathematically impossible.
